From one aspect, pitch is indeed helpful. The salesmen make the needs of the students their starting out. We can buy the goods that are necessary in our dormitory instead of going shopping. It is really convenient. Furthermore, pitch can help salesmen to build up willpower and ability. They also can understand the difficulty of earning money. They will not waste money any more. Pitch can lighten the family burden, too.
From another point of view, pitch exerts some bad influence. We are learning knowledge in university. Our campus should be a place where is full of the flavor of culture. However, it is flooded with various advertisements. We can not see the notices about talks and lectures. We get material convinces, but we lose something more important: that is the improvement of our spirit, the peace of our heart. Pitch also greatly consumes energy. Some students even begin to do their business wholeheartedly and lose their studies. We do not want to make this tragedy happen.
We do not refuse pitch. It actually benefits our life. However, my dear friends, please cherish our opportunity of studying and do the things what we should do. Then our life will become healthier and more valuable.
